Lego Chess Pc Game

How do I install this old game?

Im working on a christmas gift for my grandfather, and I found this cool 3Dish chess PC game. I played this game long long time ago on my windows 98 and it worked like a charm. But now on these new fancy Vistas, I cant seem to open it. I remember earlier that I had to check the “run as compatible – windows 98″ or something when I was installing Lego Racer which is also a pretty old game – but that was just an *.exe file and this is a CD-rom. At the same time, this CD-roms sound tracks are in a folder which makes this also a “Autostart-in-iTunes-CD” and not a PC game autorun to install thingie. Any suggestions?
